Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles voice actor Peter Renaday, 89, died at his Burbank home (possibly of heat-related causes) on Sept. 7. He voiced Master Splinter, the sage and teacher of the Turtles, from 1987-96, as well as in numerous Turtles videos, movies and games. Renaday also voiced two of the creeper animatronic Disney Park displays (Lincoln, and two of the Country Bear Jamboree horrors). Among his many other vehicles—both voiceover and “in person”—were The Love Bug, The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes, The Aristocats, Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo, Dallas, Night Court, Animaniacs, and Mulan.
