Pat Colbert, 1947 – 2024

Actress Pat Colbert, 77, of Dallas, Knots Landing, and Flamingo Road, died on June 23 in Calif. Colbert was working as a model when signed by Lorimar as one of the “working girls” in Flamingo Road. When censorship eliminated this plotline, she was bumped over to Dallas, where she played the hostess at Oil Baron’s Club (the Ewings’ favored hangout) from 1983-91. She also turned up on Knots Landing, The Fall Guy, Benson, and the movies S.O.B., and the ghastly Leonard Part 6 (as Bill Cosby’s wife). Colbert retired from the show business about ten years ago, after suffering a series of strokes.
