Gerard Kennedy, 1932 – 2025

Australian actor Gerard Kennedy, 93, died on April 21. Kennedy was a rising actor when cast in TV’s Hunter, a secret-agent show. His character, Kragg, was a villain working for CUCW (Council for the Unification of the Communist World), but Kennedy, with his handsome tough-guy looks, turned out to be so popular with audiences that he soon joined the good guys. He went on to costar as Sgt. Frank Banner in Division 4, in Skyway, The Flying Doctors, and Thunderstone, as well as appearing in numerous other TV shows and movies (including Neighbors and Prisoner), his last role being in Glitch in 2015.
